S. Korea: 30,000 Builders to Go on General Strike

| Pyongyang, November 15 (KCNA) -- The union of builders under the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions declared on Nov. 13 that it would go on a general strike in demand of revision of the law on improvement of employment of builders, the south Korean MBC said. The union called a press conference outside the "National Assembly" building to denounce the "NA" for disregarding the "law on builders" and the basic labor rights. It declared 30,000 unionists would go on an unlimited general strike on Nov. 28. |
