"Denuclearization of North" Can Not Be Condition for Dialogue: Federation of Koreans in U.S.
Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- The Federation of Koreans in the U.S. on Nov. 11 issued a commentary urging Trump to have proper attitude to the DPRK-U.S.

The commentary said Trump keeps getting on the nerves of the DPRK after he set out on his Asian junket aimed at war agitation and forced sale of weapons.

The U.S., Japan and the south Korean authorities are holding war exercises with the mobilization of three nuclear carrier task forces under the pretext of "threats from the north", the commentary said, and went on:

The U.S. does not propose an equal dialogue without conditions but is creating environment and conditions unfavorable for holding dialogue as evidenced by the announcement of its "independent sanctions" and the rhetoric of rattling the DPRK such as criticism of the "human rights" performance and social system.

The "denuclearization of the north" can never be a condition for dialogue, the commentary said, stressing that dialogue among nations have to be held on an equal footing, not as the one affected by threat and blackmail.

It demanded the U.S. stop slandering the DPRK but make substantial efforts for the DPRK-U.S. dialogue.
