They include Harish Gupta, vice director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, and his party, a delegation of the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea led by Advisor Garib Newaz, a delegation of the Mongolian Mt Paektu Association for Independent Development led by D. Enkhbadralt who is a member of its Leadership Council, Alexandr Vorontsov, vice-chairman of the Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and DPRK's Policy, Economy and Culture, and his party, Edmond Jouve, director-general of the European Society for the Study of the Juche Idea, Andre Lohekele Kalonda, secretary general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, and Omar Lopez, chairman of the Venezuelan National Society for the Study of the Juche Idea.

Arriving earlier were Takao Kamakura, director of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, and his party and scholars from various Chinese social science institutes and universities.
