|
|
Pyongyang, November 17 (KCNA) -- The Ryongyang Mine under the General Bureau of the Tanchon Area Mining Industry in the DPRK recently finished the establishment of a process for producing light-burned magnesia with powdered ore, the first of its kind in the country. The mine devised a new interior structure of furnace and designed and built it in a scientific way. And it set up a process of removing silicate component, which makes it possible to produce high-quality light-burned magnesia with low-grade ore. The Ryongyang Mine, a big deposit of valuable minerals, is known as a mountain of white gold among people in the country. Whenever President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il visited the mine in their lifetime, they underscored the need to economize the natural resources of the country and gave instructions to process powdered ore. Now, the mine has made great contribution to building a powerful socialist country by modernizing production processes. |
