Citing facts to prove that the "treaty" which left incurable wounds in the minds of the Korean people was just an illegal document devoid of validity as it was fabricated by the Japanese imperialists through military threats and blackmails, the article says:

There are no such imperialists as the Japanese imperialists who made no scruple of depriving a country of its sovereignty and flouting the destiny of a nation with such a nameless "treaty".

The crime the Japanese imperialists committed by fabricating the "treaty" in a brigandish manner can never be written off.

But Japan has neither admitted the past crimes committed in Korea nor made any apology and reparation for them, insisting that its colonial rule over Korea was "legally just."

Worse still, it is watching a chance for launching reinvasion of Korea with the backing of the U.S., dancing to the tune of its American master's war drumbeats, out of its wild ambition for reinvasion.

The Japanese reactionaries have added to the crimes by playing the role of running dogs of the U.S. for igniting a war against the DPRK century after century.

The Korean people will never fail to make them pay dearly for their past and present crimes.
