S. Korean Authorities' Racket of "Human Rights in North" under Fire
|
|
Pyongyang, November 20 (KCNA) -- The Family Movement for Realizing Democracy in south Korea on Nov. 16 held the 1145th Thursday rally in Seoul, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Jaju Sibo. Speakers at the rally said the south Korean authorities have no qualification to talk about human rights as the rights of prisoners of conscience and women citizens of the north are violated in south Korea. The recent "resolution on human rights in the north" cooked up at the UN General Assembly is a product of the plots hatched by the U.S., EU, Japan and the present south Korean regime, they charged. They demanded that the present authorities send back the detained women citizens of the north before talking about "human rights performance" in the north. They also urged the "government" to set free the prisoners of conscience within this year. |
