| Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) -- A letter of the DPRK permanent representative at the United Nations to the UN secretary general was distributed as an official document A/72/593-S/2017/946 of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council on Nov. 18.. The letter was sent to protest the U.S. nuclear war exercises targeting the DPRK. |
