Society Free from Part-Time Jobs Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- The public transport trade union of south Korea held a press conference on Nov. 22, calling on the full-time trade unions of public institutions to pool efforts with part-time trade unions to abolish the part-time job system, according to Jaju Sibo, a south Korean internet newspaper.

The organization in a press release noted that officials of the public institutions appointed by the past "government" are opposing the conversion of part-time jobs into full-time ones.

This would not help realize the wish of the people nor can bring about a change in the serious bipolarization of society, a society where jungle law prevails, it said.

The organization said that the conversion of the part-time job system into full-time one is an urgent social issue, calling on workers to pool efforts and build society free from part-time jobs.
