In the message Kim expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the Egyptian president and through him to the government and people of Egypt and victims and bereaved families.

The DPRK opposing all forms of terrorism and support for them including a state terrorism and patronage and support for terrorists which are committed under the pretext of "counter-terrorism" strongly denounces the recent terrorist act in Egypt as a vicious act aimed at destroying the country's stability and checking the development of the Egyptian people, the message said.

Kim wished the friendly government and people of Egypt successes in their work for eradicating the misfortune caused by the recent terrorist attack as soon as possible, defending the country's security and stability and building developed and prosperous Egypt.
