Present there on invitation were members of the delegation headed by Kazbek Taysaev, secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation who is head of the Russia-DPRK Friendship Parliamentary Group of the State Duma, and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK.

Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the C.C., WPK, Ri Yong Chol, vice department director of the C.C., WPK, and officials concerned were on hand.
