Attending it were Kim Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, and officials of the relevant units, disabled persons and their family members and Pyongyangites, staff members of the diplomatic and international body missions here and overseas Koreans staying here.

The participants watched the video on the achievements made in the protection of the disabled in 2017 and enjoyed an art performance given by disabled persons.

Put on the stage were female trio "Snowflake of Yearning", light music "Pyongyang Is Best", dance "Ongheya" etc.

Through female solos "We Call You Father", "Oh Party, It's Thanks to Your Care", etc. the performers expressed their gratitude to the great mother party taking care of all children.

Prior to the meeting, they looked round the photos dealing with happy images of disabled persons.
