No matter how grave the situation may become, how many times the world may change, how severe the revolution may become and how huge task the Korean people may face, there can never be any deflection in their fighting mode and the mode of advance of our country.

We have built the socialist country of independence, self-supporting and self-defence in our own fighting mode and creation mode in reliance on our own strength, technology and resources, not in reliance on others.
