Fishing Boat Capsizes in Waters off S. Korea

| Pyongyang, December 5 (KCNA) -- A fishing boat collided with an oil tanker in waters around Ryonghung Island off Ongjin County in Inchon City on Dec. 3, according to CBS of south Korea. The small fishing boat capsized, leaving one dead and several missing. Survivors were unconscious. |
