Pyongyang, December 5 (KCNA) -- The People's Party of south Korea called a seminar for abolition of the Intelligence Service's evils on Nov. 30, demanding a probe into the crimes committed by the IS to disband the Unified Progressive Party and abduct the DPRK women citizens, according to OhmyNews, an internet newspaper. The speakers there stressed it is high possibility of the IS' intervention in the abduction case from the light that the case happened about a week before the general election in 2016 and that the women did not go through normal "entry" procedures. Turning to the disbandment of the Unified Progressive Party, they demanded a probe into the IS' intervention and punishment of those responsible, saying the direct cause of the disbandment was its manipulation of documents to engineer the plot of rebellion. They called for a thorough probe into a number of evils in which the IS interfered. |
