| Pyongyang, December 6 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho on Dec. 4 sent a congratulatory message to Sibusiso Moyo upon his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of Zimbabwe. The message expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries with a long history and tradition would steadily strengthen and wished him success in his work. |
