Treaty Signed between DPRK and Russia

| Pyongyang, December 6 (KCNA) -- A treaty of extradition of those given a verdict of deprivation of freedom between the DPRK and the Russian Federation was signed in Moscow on Dec. 5. Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were the delegation of the Central Court of the DPRK headed by President Kang Yun Sok and DPRK Ambassador to Russia Kim Hyong Jun and from the Russian side were Minister of Justice Alexandr Konovalov and those concerned. The treaty was inked by Kang Yun Sok and Alexandr Konovalov. |
