The National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of DR Congo and the DR Congo－Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association said in a joint statement:

We extend warm congratulations to the heroic Korean people who registered a great success in test-firing ICBM Hwasong-15 while rejecting the hostile forces' threat with persevering will.

The success of the Korean people is the brilliant victory of the line of simultaneously pushing forward the economic construction and the building of nuclear force advanced by the Workers' Party of Korea.

The U.S. should recognize the DPRK's strategic position and roll back its anachronistic hostile policy.

The Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea said in a joint statement that the DPRK put an end to the history of aggression and nuclear threat by the U.S. imperialists and more firmly defended the people's peaceful life as it succeeded in the test-fire of ICBM.

Meanwhile, a Serbian personage warmly congratulated the DPRK upon its successful test-fire of ICBM on Nov. 30.

Marijan Kubik, international secretary of the New Yugoslav Communist Party, said in a statement that the DPRK's nuclear tests and test-fires of rockets are the exercise of the right to self-defence to guarantee the sovereign state's security.
