The book deals with the immortal Juche idea and the Songun idea systematically and comprehensively.

It has 97 works of the President such as speeches, talks, reports and conclusions made in the period from March Juche 22 (1933) to May Juche 26 (1937).

The works clarify the policy of pushing forward the anti-Japanese national liberation struggle on a higher stage and the tasks and ways for implementing it.

They also call for organizing more party organizations throughout the country in order to lay a firm organizational and ideological foundation for the Party founding and maintaining the purity of the Party ranks.

They elucidate the lines and policies put forward by the President to establish the people's power, the people's revolutionary government protecting the interests of the workers, peasants and all other people from different walks of life standing against the Japanese imperialists and to strengthen it.

The book gives systematic ideological and theoretical, strategic and tactical policies arising in the revolutionary struggle. They include the issue of reorganizing the anti-Japanese people's guerrilla army into the Korean People's Revolutionary Army, advancing the army into the vast area after relinquishing the guerrilla zones and preparing the Children's Corps members to be reliable reserves of revolution so as to expand and develop the anti-Japanese armed struggle.
