Minju Joson Slams U.S. Muscle-based Policy
Pyongyang, December 15 (KCNA) -- Lockheed Martin is going to offer hundreds of MK54 mini-torpedoes to the military in future five years, according to a recent report by the U.S. magazine The National Interest.

The U.S. is reportedly pushing ahead with the development of a new type high-precision weapon with much longer range and higher hit accuracy than the tactical ground-to-ground missiles deployed in the U.S. army at present. The weapon, which can hit a target 500 km away with pinpoint accuracy, will be on trial in 2020.

Commenting on this, Minju Joson Friday says:

Recent military moves of the U.S. are just a vivid manifestation of its power-based policy to contain its strategic rivals in Northeast Asia by keeping its military edge and to realize its wild ambition for dominating the world.

The U.S. is getting crazy about the arms buildup, persistently resorting to the anachronistic muscle-based policy of confrontation.

Such reckless moves are further straining the situation in the Asia-Pacific region.

This clearly shows that the U.S. is just a cancer-like entity harassing peace in the region and the world.

However, such insanity can neither be justified nor be realized.
