He had always taken warm care of the work and life of Korean nationals in China during the whole period of his great life and highly appreciated and glorified their due and minor deeds, it said.

It stressed that he is always alive in the mind of the Korean nation and his revolutionary history is given a steady continuity thanks to Marshal Kim Jong Un, the peerlessly illustrious commander and general of Mt Paektu.

Noting that Kim Jong Un turned the DPRK into the strongest nuclear weapons state and rocket power, which no formidable enemy can dare to provoke, by translating Kim Jong Il's patriotic desire for the building of a power into a brilliant reality with the mettle and pluck of Mt Paektu and through his tireless efforts and devotion and thus provided a sure guarantee for the eternal prosperity of the nation, the letter said that his exploits would remain in the nation's history forever.

It stressed that the august name and tender-hearted image of Generalissimo Kim Jong Il would always be kept in the minds of the Korean nation and his history of revolutionary activities and exploits would shine long in the nation's history.
