The bulletin said:

It was the greatest of Comrade Kim Jong Il's feats that he reliably defended socialism of Korea with the Songun politics.

He held higher the banner of Songun in the rigorous period when the imperialist allied forces went more frantic in their moves to stifle the DPRK, taking advantage of the collapse of socialism in various countries, and the country was faced with unprecedented difficulties and trials repeatedly due to consecutive natural disasters.

Thanks to his ceaseless inspection of its units, KPA was strengthened into an invincible army.

The bulletin referred to the fact that the military might of the DPRK has grown stronger day by day under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un who is invariably carrying forward the idea and cause of the great leaders.

It further said:

Comrade Kim Jong Suk is the anti-Japanese war heroine who devotedly safeguarded Comrade Kim Il Sung and the great mother who provided the future of the Korean revolution.

That's why the Korean people pay high tribute to her, missing her very much still now.
