| Pyongyang, December 19 (KCNA) -- Ri Yong Ho, DPRK foreign minister, on Dec. 16 sent a congratulatory message to Kaifala Marah upon his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Sierra Leone. The message wished the minister success in his work, expressing the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would develop in the mutual interests. |
