Japan's Bid to Have Access to Capability for Preemptive Attack Denounced

Pyongyang, December 20 (KCNA) -- The Japanese reactionaries are working hard to purchase long-range attack missiles for fighters from the U.S. and Norway while talking about "access to capability to strike missile base of the DPRK".
