Seen there was a wreath from respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were Kim Yong Chol, vice-chairman of the C.C., Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Yong Dae, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, officials concerned, the bereaved family members and officials of Chongryon on a visit to the socialist homeland.

Laid at the grave were wreaths, together with bouquets, in the names of the Presidium of the SPA of the DPRK, the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, the Committee for Aiding Overseas Compatriots of Korea and the Overseas Koreans' Affairs Administration.

The participants observed a moment's silence in the memory of Ri Jin Gyu, who devoted his all to developing the movement of Koreans in Japan and the homeland's prosperity, remaining faithful to the idea and leadership of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.
