Celebration Performance of Women's Union Members

Hoeryong, December 22 (KCNA) -- Officials and members of the Socialist Women's Union of Korea had an art performance in Hoeryong City of North Hamgyong Province on Friday to celebrate the centenary of birth of the anti-Japanese war heroine Kim Jong Suk.

Put on the stage were diverse numbers praising the revolutionary history and exploits of the peerlessly great persons.

The performers impressively represented reverence for Kim Jong Suk in such numbers as dialogic poem "Image of a Bodyguard", instrumental ensemble "Arirang Sung on Jiansanfeng", quartet "Unforgettable Echoes over Lagoon Samil".

Besides, there were narration and chorus "Glory to General Kim Jong Un" and drum and chorus "Korea, Forward under the Line of Simultaneously Developing the Two Fronts".
