S. Korean Conservative Judges' Act for Revival of Conservatism Flailed

Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- Sin Kwang Ryol, a judge of the Seoul Central District Court of south Korea, set free former puppet Defense Minister Kim Kwan Jin and former policy section chief Im Kwang Bin, who had been detained as key manipulators behind the misleading of the public opinion by the Cyber Command of the puppet army, asserting that there is no concern of having evidence destroyed. In its wake Kang Pu Yong, a judge in charge of warrant affairs, declined the warrant of arrest for Kim Thae Hyo, former secretary for foreign strategy of Chongwadae who is a close confidant of traitor Lee Myung Bak. Earlier, judge O Min Sok and judge in charge of warrant affairs Kang Pu Yong also declined the warrant of arrest for Chu Son Hui, former secretary general of ultra-right conservative group Oboi Association, and Kim Jae Chol, former director general of MBC Broadcasting Corporation who played a key role in Lee Myung Bak group's activities for putting broadcasting field under their control. A commentary of Rodong Sinmun Sunday says the criminal act of the die-hard conservative judges of releasing one after another the accomplices of traitor Lee Myung Bak under unreasonable pretexts is an open denial and an outright challenge to the public mindset of south Korea for the abolition of evils of the conservative regime. The case of making blacklist against progressive personages and politicians and the case of misleading the public opinion by mobilizing the puppet Intelligence Service and the Cyber Command of the puppet army and all other hideous crimes committed by Lee Myung Bak and his group have been undeniably proven, the commentary says, and goes on: The dishonest act of the judges with proclivity of standing for conservatism while defending Lee Myung Bak group and obstructing the abolition of evils is a vivid expression of the desperate moves of the conservative group of traitors to raise their head again for revival. If the conservative-minded judges in alignment with the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors are left intact, the demand of south Koreans from all walks of life for the abolition of evils can become meaningless echoes and it will entail such disastrous consequences as undermining the gains won by candlelight struggle. |
