He encouraged the workers, technicians and officials there and convened consultative meetings after learning in detail about the production and projects for increasing the capacities of the complexes.

The consultative meetings discussed the issues of bringing about great leap forward in the production of Juche fertilizer, vinalon and custom-built equipment, more scrupulously organizing business and enterprise management and pushing forward the work for putting production processes on a Juche and modern basis.

The meetings underscored the need for the relevant units to send necessary raw and other materials in good time in a responsible manner.

The premier also went round the Hamhung Branch of the State Academy of Sciences. He stressed the need to deepen scientific researches for establishing C1 chemical industry.
