Crying out for "fundamental solution of the nuclear issue", and claiming that "the general goal of dialogue is to resolve the nuclear issue", they invented the "policy towards the north" the keynote of which "is to resolve the nuclear issue". This well shows their criminal scheme to link the inter-Korean relations to the nuclear issue deliberately in an attempt to stifle the fellow countrymen in the north through cooperation with the foreign force in the anti-DPRK nuclear campaign.

The north-south relations have nothing to do with the nuclear issue.

The nuclear issue was spawned by the U.S. nuclear blackmail and aggression moves against the DPRK. The U.S. turned south Korea into an advanced base for aggression on the DPRK and, on this basis, had resorted to ceaseless reckless nuclear war moves in the Korean peninsula. After all, the DPRK could not but have access to nuclear deterrent for self-defense.

The nuclear issue is a matter that should be settled between the DPRK and the U.S., and the south Korean puppet regime has no justification to poke its nose into the issue.

History clearly showed that if the south Korean puppet forces refuse to settle the fundamental issue of the nation and go frantic in the nuclear campaign against the DPRK in league with foreign forces, deliberately linking the nuclear issue to the inter-Korean ties, the north-south relations are doomed to be at a low ebb.
