Rodong Sinmun Warns S. Korean Forces against Escalating Racket for Stifling DPRK

Pyongyang, December 28 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet forces went busy for the manipulation of new anti-DPRK "sanctions resolution" at the UN Security Council. No sooner had the "resolution" been published than they expressed "support and welcome" and described it as the "sanctions resolution for dismantlement of nuclear program". They have also gone so shameless as to call for "acknowledging the meaning of sanctions", "stopping provocation" and "coming out for the dialogue for nuclear dismantlement at an early date". They even disclosed their dirty intention to escalate sanctions and pressure on the DPRK while crying out for "thorough-going implementation of the sanctions resolution" through close cooperation with the international community.

Rodong Sinmun Thursday brands this as a ridiculous fit of imbeciles so ignorant as not to be able to discern the trend of the times.

The new "sanctions resolution" manipulated by the forces hostile toward the DPRK will only make its army and people put into practice their will to settle accounts with the U.S., the will which has been hardened decade after decade, the paper says, and goes on:

The puppet forces going helter-skelter, in pursuance of the U.S. criminal moves for putting sanctions and pressure on the DPRK, should clearly understand that the destination of their traitorous act is the escalation of tension, war and their death.

We will never tolerate the provocation of the puppet forces bringing the holocaust of a nuclear war while escalating confrontation and tension in collusion with the U.S., but counter them with resolute actions.
