Pyongyang, December 28 (KCNA) -- The Phyongthaek Citizens' Action against THAAD and Anthrax Germs in south Korea, which comprises civic and religious organizations in Phyongthae of Kyonggi Province, held a press conference on December 26 in protest against the U.S. experiment of biochemical weapons, according to Voice of People, a south Korean internet newspaper. Noting that the recent disclosure of the U.S. attempt at experimenting biochemical weapons in its Phyongthaek military base has touched off indignation of the citizens, the speakers urged the authorities to properly size up the situation, and demand the withdrawal of Jupiter Plan which threatens life and security of citizens in breach of international law. Phyongthaek can never be reduced to the lab for U.S. biochemical weapons, they said, firmly pledging to check the U.S. military's unilateral press for Jupiter Plan. |
