Pyongyang, December 29 (KCNA) -- Former puppet Defense Minister Kim Kwan Jin of south Korea was reportedly disclosed to have intervened in the April, 2012, parliamentary election by directly commanding the Cyber Command of the puppet army. The defense ministry document titled "strategy to counter the north's cyber psychological warfare toward the south", declassified on Dec. 27, exposed that the ministry carried out the tactical proposal comprising five phases such as "rallying and protecting the right-wing forces" and "interception of black propaganda". It instructed the army cyber command to sustain in posting about 190 pieces misleading the public on an internet website for one month until the election date under the pretext of initiative tactical operation. This gave the lie to the assertion of the Lee Myung Bak group that "it had not intervened in election". |
