Nullification of Agreement on Sexual Slavery with Japan Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- According to the south Korean online newspaper Tongil News, the "Council for the Solution of the Issue of the Volunteers Corps in south Korea" and the "New Foundation for Preserving Justice for the Settlement of the Issue of the Sexual Slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army" announced a joint stand on Dec. 28 in demand of the implementation of follow-up measures for nullifying the "agreement" on the issue of the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army.

The organizations asserted the nullification of the "agreement" on the issue of the sexual slavery concluded with Japan in December, 2015 as regards the fact that its illegality was disclosed.

They stressed that the authorities should accept the demand of the victims who have called for just settlement of the above-said issue, adding that the issue should be settled by the standard of human rights under international law.
