The chairman of the Supreme Council of the Socialist Party of Romania who doubles as chairman of the Romanian Committee for Remembering Comrade Kim Jong Il said in a lecture:

Comrade Kim Jong Il performed precious exploits to be recorded long in the history of the struggle for smashing the imperialists' moves to stifle the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and leading socialism to victory.

He developed the Workers' Party of Korea into the revolutionary party in which the ideo-leadership system of the leader has been thoroughly established and the mother party serving the people and saw to it that all the service personnel and people hasten the building of a socialist power under the leadership of the Party.

The chairman of the Association for the Study of the Juche Idea in Lvov, Ukraine said that Kim Jong Il devoted all his life to the country and nation.

The chairman of the France-Korea Friendship Association highly praised Kim Jong Il for firmly protecting sovereignty of the country and dignity of the nation and laying the strong foundation for building a socialist power with his outstanding idea and leadership.
