| Pyongyang, December 31 (KCNA) -- Ri Yong Ho, minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, on Dec. 29 sent a congratulatory message to Mahamat Zene Cherif upon his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and International Cooperation of the Republic of Chad. Expressing belief that the long-standing relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger, the message wished him success in his new job. |
