The Afro-Asian People's Solidarity Organization said that Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address called on the Korean people to wage a dynamic struggle for putting the overall national strength of the DPRK on a new higher stage this year marking its 70th birthday.

He declared that the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK government would develop good-neighborly and friendly relations with all countries which respect the sovereignty of the DPRK and are friendly toward it and strive to build a just and peaceful new world, it added.

The Arab Regional Committee for Friendship and Solidarity with the Korean People noted that Kim Jong Un clarified the DPRK's will to defend peace. And it appealed to the international community to extend support to the Korean people's struggle for peace and security on the Korean peninsula, clearly distinguishing who wants peace or who wants war.
