On display at the venues of the events were works of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, and books dealing with the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Suk.

Present there were Russian politicians and figures and masses and the DPRK ambassador to Russia and his embassy members.

V. A. Petrov, chairman of the Russian committee for revering great persons of Mt Paektu, said that Kim Jong Suk is praised as the great mother of Korea as she performed great exploits for the country and the people.

Zhukova, first vice-chairwoman of the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK, noted that as a woman she regarded it as a great pride that the great woman just like Kim Jong Suk was registered in the history of humankind.

Elena Bavichi, chairwoman of the Kim Jong Suk Women's Union of Russia, said that Kim Jong Suk's exploits will be forever kept in the hearts of not only the Korean people but also the world progressive people as she set a noble example in defending the leader unto death and devoted her all to the country and the people.

The concert climaxed with immortal classic "My Mother" and songs "Footstep" and "Charms".
