It will bring together armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions, organizations of overseas compatriots including the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, working people of different strata, school youth and children and foreigners.

During the festival, there will be immortal flower shows and visits to Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia greenhouses in local areas.
