Personages of the Madrid Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Spain and the Egyptian political parties and organizations explained the main contents of Kim Jong Un's New Year Address, stressing that the DPRK's nuclear weapons are formidable deterrent to the U.S. nuclear threat. They also referred to the tasks for the reunification of the Korean Peninsula.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar in the Czech Republic.
