The revolutionary spirit of Paektu, the spirit of the blizzards of Paektu is the unyielding offensive spirit of weathering obstacles and difficulties and the staunch spirit of fighting it out no matter how often one may fall.

The said spirit has been the lifeline of Juche Korea and its strongest weapon.

The DPRK wrought the historic miracles of defeating the two formidable imperialist enemies with young armed forces and performed heroic feats on the ruins and debris and despite harsh sanctions and blockade of the enemies. Such mysterious achievements would have been unthinkable without this spirit.

The revolutionary faith, fighting spirit and pluck of the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners were displayed to the full in the advance for the new century of Juche. As a result, the lifeline of the Party, revolution and Korean-style socialism has been firmly maintained and great victories and changes to be specially recorded in the history of the nation spanning five thousand years have been made one after another.

When the revolutionary spirit of Paektu, the spirit of the blizzards of Paektu, symbol of the great mental power of Kim Il Sung's nation and Kim Jong Il's Korea, is given full play, the invincibility of the Juche revolution and the mightiness of socialist Korea would be demonstrated more strikingly.
