As for the north-south high-ranking talks, they are spouting ill-boding words that "the talks only paved the way for the north to unfold its assertions" and "south-north dialogue has to presuppose a solution to the north's nuclear issue". They went the lengths of saying that "there should not be any lobbying with the north" and "the north's intention for provocation hidden behind the sports exchanges should not be overlooked" and "the international cooperation for sanctions on the north may shake due to the north's participation in the Olympics".
