Day of Shining Star to Be Marked in Slovenia

| Pyongyang, January 24 (KCNA) -- A Slovenian preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il, (the Day of the Shining Star), was formed in Maribor City on Jan. 14. Igor Jurisic, chairman of the Slovenia-Korea Friendship Association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to hold seminars, lectures and film shows in the capital and local areas to praise the feats of leader Kim Jong Il and introduce the DPRK taking on a more beautiful looks under the guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un. |
