Japanese Reactionaries Accused of Checking Improvement of Inter-Korean Relations

Pyongyang, January 25 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun in a commentary Thursday accuses the Japanese reactionaries of behaving mischievously, disclosing their disturbed feelings when a radical turn is being brought to the inter-Korean relations thanks to the measures of the DPRK. The commentary says: The Abe group such as Foreign Minister Kono, Chief Cabinet Secretary Suga and Minister of Defence Onodera said that "dialogue should not be for the sake of dialogue" and that "there should be no change in the readymade principle that north Korea should be led to policy change through maximum pressure" in solidarity with the U.S. Abe, in particular, begged for intensified sanctions and pressure against the DPRK, claiming that "north Korea threatens Europe as a whole" during his recent visit to some European countries. Their remarks are the revelation of their black-hearted intention to check the improvement of the north-south relations at any cost, being displeased with it. For the Japanese reactionaries obsessed with wild ambition for reinvasion it is out of question that the climate of reconciliation between the north and the south has been created with so much effort. It is their bad habit to draw water to their mill by finding fault with other. Japan should properly understand that the more mischievously it behaves to check the improvement of the north-south relations, the more unpardonable sins it would add to its past hideous crimes and to the anti-Japanese sentiment of the Korean people. |
