Going round various parts of the construction site, the premier encouraged the builders who are pushing ahead with the construction project as planned despite the biting cold.

A consultative meeting was convened on the spot to discuss the measures for scrupulously organizing the construction schedule by different units under the winter conditions and completing the project in a qualitative way at an early date.

Earlier, the premier inspected the Pukchang Thermal Power Complex and the Sunchon Phosphorous Fertilizer Factory under construction. He stressed the need to drastically increase the power production and push ahead with the construction as scheduled and the necessity for the relevant units to produce and supply equipment in good time.
