In the message Raul Castro Ruz, on behalf of the Communist Party of Cuba and the government and people of Cuba, expressed thanks to Kim Jong Un for having sent warm congratulations on the 59th anniversary of the victorious Cuban revolution.

He affirmed the will to steadily strengthen the friendly and cooperative relations and solidarity between the parties, governments and peoples of the two countries.
