School Part-Time Workers Go on Strike in S. Korea
Pyongyang, January 28 (KCNA) -- According to the south Korean online newspaper Jaju Sibo, the headquarters of government employees in education under the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions held a press conference outside Chongwadae on Jan. 24 to urge the "government" to repeal the part-time jobs and launched a sit-in-strike.

A press release was read out.

The release urged Chongwadae to properly turn school part-time jobs into full-time jobs and settle the plight of those dismissed part-time workers.

It stressed that the "government" should come out to prevent massive dismissal in the future, and declared the start of outdoor sit-in-strike.
