Day of Shining Star to Be Marked in Norway

| Pyongyang, January 29 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed in Norway on January 17. Dag Norum, chairman of the Ostfold County Committee of the Communist Party of Norway, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The preparatory committee decided to hold colorful political and cultural events praising the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star. |
