S. Korea: Conservative Media Blasted for Inciting Confrontation

Pyongyang, January 29 (KCNA) -- The Seoul City Committee of the People's Party of south Korea held a news conference before the Media Arbitration Committee on Jan. 24 to denounce the conservative media for seeking to prevent the inter-Korean ties from improving, according to the south Korean online paper Jaju Sibo.

Speakers condemned Chosun Ilbo for distorting and exaggerating the realities of the north to throw a serious roadblock in the way of improving the south-north relations with the north's participation in the Winter Olympics as an occasion.

The Seoul City Committee of the party presented a written opinion to the Media Arbitration Committee.
