The seminar heard the papers explaining and proving the feats and wise leadership of the peerlessly great men who founded the Korean People's Army (KPA) and developed it into an invincible revolutionary army.

Speakers said that Kim Il Sung's idea on building regular armed forces through development of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army into the KPA is the perfect idea of army building as it formulated the essence and mission of the revolutionary armed forces and the law-governed stage and method of their building in a scientific way.

The foundation of the KPA is a historic event that declared the accomplishment of the cause of building regular revolutionary armed forces, and it is the fruition of the President's idea of Juche-based army building and distinguished and seasoned leadership, they stressed.

They said Kim Jong Il had strengthened the KPA into the army of the leader and the party.

To thoroughly ensure the idea and guidance of Kim Jong Un is a fundamental guarantee for developing the KPA into a strong support to firmly defend the cause of the Party and an army strong in idea and faith with indomitable mental power, they said.
