The commentary says:

The residents of Michigan, the U.S., recently were in the grip of fear, mistaking a meteorite blast for "missile attack by north Korea" and the fear spread rapidly to the whole land of the U.S.

Prior to it, an emergency alarm for the "ballistic missile coming from north Korea" was given in Hawaii on Jan. 13, which caused great confusion. An evacuation drill was staged there in December last year to cope with "ballistic missile attack" by someone.

On Jan. 16 NHK of Japan posted on the website the flash saying that the government recommends the people to take shelter in buildings and underground as it seems that the DPRK launched a missile, which made the people tremble with extreme fear.

Against this backdrop, an evacuation drill was waged in the heart of Tokyo on Jan. 22 under the simulated conditions of the DPRK's "missile launch", which is the first of its kind in 30 years.

The experts express a strong opinion that the U.S. and Japan are seeking something from such anti-missile evacuations.

It is clear to all that the evacuations are the product of a sinister attempt to invent a justification for the hostile policy towards the DPRK by actualizing "the north's missile threat" often touted by the U.S. and Japan.

The U.S. and Japan are running amuck while hyping the story about "missile threat from the north". This cannot be construed otherwise than a premeditated move aimed to incite the anti-DPRK sentiment in the U.S. and Japanese societies and examine the readiness any time under the war scenario against the DPRK.
