KPA Birthday to Be Marked in Benin

| Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- The Beninese national preparatory committee for marking the 70th founding anniversary of the Korean People's Army (KPA) was formed in Cotonou on Jan. 26. Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and chairman of the Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader", was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to hold colorful political and cultural events including celebration meeting and film show on the occasion. |
